CLASS STRUCTURE
Every In-Person Cocktail class has a story structure and a historical arc that explains the “how’s” and “why’s” of at-home cocktail making.
The 90-minute experience has four main sections.
In-Person Cocktail Class Overview:
Tasting. We will learn the science behind tasting and how to implement it.
Old Fashioned’s. We make an “Old Fashioned” style cocktail. Think Old Fashioned, Sazerac, or Wisconsin Old Fashioneds!
The Sour. We make cocktails using spirits, syrups, citrus, and egg whites (optional). We cover proper techniques of shaking and making! Think Margaritas, Gimlets, Clover Clubs, Whiskey Sours, or a Pisco Sour!
The Collins. We will make refreshing and bubbly cocktails. Think Mojito, Paloma, Moscow Mule, or French 75s!
Throughout the class, Dr. Sunshine will demonstrate everything and answer everyone’s questions. Do you have a specific cocktail or theme in mind? No problemo, reach out and we will make it happen!
When class is over, the participants will have made three different styles of cocktails, learned something about the other participants, and be able to make unique craft cocktails at home.
What are the damages? Three cocktails at most cocktail bars are at least $45 plus tax and tip. Not with Sunshine Consulting!
In-person Cocktail Classes start at $54 per person. Dr. Sunshine shows up with everything your group needs except the alcohol. Need him to bring it? We can do that too, for a small added cost. Large group discounts are available - please inquire.
