In order to provide a fun and safe experience, Sunshine Consulting complies with all applicable laws governing responsible alcohol service. We look forward to providing an amazing experience for all attendees.
Expected Conduct:
1. Sunshine Consulting abides by applicable age restrictions and comfort levels when furnishing alcohol.
2. Sunshine Consulting has a Zero Tolerance policy regarding language from guests that involve commonly understood derogatory language used toward the host or other attendees.
3. If a unique situation arises where the host feels threatened or unsafe in any way, the host may cease service.
Cancellation and Refunds:
1. Certain scenarios are unique and involve issues that are entirely out of our control (i.e. new public health restrictions, travel bans, and severe weather). In these instances, Sunshine Consulting will work with you to best resolve the situation for both parties.
2. All events may be canceled up to 2 weeks before the event for a full refund minus a $40 processing fee (all events canceled within 48 hours of initial booking will receive a 100% refund).
3. Events Cancelled within 14-8 days of appointment, may apply for a full credit towards future purchases from Sunshine Consulting (merchandise NOT included).
4. Events Cancelled within 7 days of appointment may apply for a 50% credit towards future purchases of Sunshine Consulting services (merchandise NOT included).
